A Dow possui uma oportunidade de atuar como Operador Júnior localizado em Hortolândia – SP (BRA) na área de empacotamento de selantes. Como membro do time de manufatura, contribui para o crescimento dos negócios. Opera equipamentos de produção de forma segura, seguindo as políticas de segurança da Dow. 

Responsabilidades:                                                     

• Segue políticas de Disciplina Operacional, princípios, procedimentos, padrões e práticas para garantir a operação segura, confiável e eficiente das áreas designadas. 

• Assegura que a disciplina operacional adequada está disponível para todas as atividades planejadas e não planejadas. 

• Executa tarefas planejadas operacionais e relacionadas a tarefas que surgem como um resultado da resolução de eventos não planejados. 

• Trabalha com membros da equipe de turno e outras equipes de turno para alavancar as habilidades e o conhecimento para equilibrar a carga de trabalho assegurando que as tarefas atribuídas sejam concluídas conforme as datas acordadas. 

• Participa de forma efetiva das passagens de turno, para garantir boa comunicação e transferência de atividades para a equipe que está entrando. 

• Mantém a qualificação em áreas designadas, e conclui as metas de treinamento de maneira oportuna. Isso inclui o uso de tempo para lidar com habilidades e lacunas de conhecimento. 

• Identifica proativamente melhorias e oportunidades utilizando os processos de melhoria da instalação, o gerenciamento apropriado de processos de mudança e ferramentas de comunicação. 

• Realiza a conferência de matérias-primas e disponibilização de embalagens para a produção. 

• Trabalha na limpeza de maquinário utilizado na produção de selantes de silicone (ex.: raspagem de máquina e tacho com espátula). 

• Faz o carregamento de matéria-prima para produção de selantes. 

• Opera prensa e balança para descarregamento de produto. 

• Rotula tambores com produto acabado. 

• Realiza a contagem de inventário na área produtiva. 

• Trabalha na organização e limpeza da área. 

Requisitos: 

• Ensino médio completo 

• Curso técnico completo em química  

• Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de turno 

• Experiência prévia atuando na indústria
