About our Manchester Plant:

From raw materials to finished products, our production facility in Manchester is where innovation meets execution. Engineers and plant technicians work together to maintain efficiency, uphold safety, and ensure every product meets P&G’s exacting quality standards - all whilst contributing to the bigger picture of delivering one of the most iconic P&G products, Pampers, since 1991! The site is well connected by bus (x50 route) and tram, with the respective stops just a short walk away! On site there is free parking, a subsidized restaurant, free on-site gym, and a newly installed relaxation garden besides other local events!

What To Expect:

During your summer internship, you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Engineering with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business Engineering projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring, and training as they deliver their work. Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• University students graduating in 2026 or 2027. We also welcome applications from those who have already recently graduated.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviours including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
• Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Start date:

The summer internship is available from 1st July 2026 until 19th September 2026. We expect you to be available for the full duration.

Right to work:

For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2026 until 19th September 2026 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment
