The GTO Workplace Site Reliability Engineering team is seeking a Technical Product Owner to define and execute reliability engineering strategy, work with a team of Endpoint engineers to develop, and enhance platform and tooling to scale reliability engineering practice. The Technical Product Owner will work closely with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the team's efforts are aligned with overall strategy and will manage dependencies with other teams while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships across different teams. This role will also involve building and managing SRE community of practice, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among SRE teams within the organization.
The successful candidate will create a product and service roadmap, define the strategic vision for their team, and own the delivery decisions for the team. They will also have a deep understanding of reliability engineering practices and industry trends and will drive the team's engineering practices in reliability, observability, testing, deployment, and performance. This is a critical role that requires deep expertise in reliability engineering practices and industry trends, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
