Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking recent graduates with a Master’s degree who are passionate about technology and artificial intelligence, and eager to learn about AI ethics, policy, and regulation. The ideal candidate will:

  • Support the evaluation and measurement of algorithms to ensure transparency, fairness, and reliability.

  • Contribute to identifying and managing AI-related risks, transforming them into strategic opportunities.

  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-sector environment, with a vision to shape and influence global AI standards and policies.

  • Bring a strong interest in AI systems and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring the potential of AI and emerging technologies.

  • Help clients harness the power of AI responsibly, driving innovation and delivering meaningful value.

Locations: Milano, Roma

Here’s what you need:

You’ll support projects that ensure AI is ethical and compliant—helping clients adopt responsible practices and shape the future of AI. Work alongside experts to learn how proposals are built, solutions delivered, and policies developed.

Collaborate with data science and transformation teams, contribute to project delivery, and gain exposure to advising on AI standards, governance frameworks, and global regulations. Assist in evaluating algorithms for transparency, fairness, and reliability, and learn how to turn AI-related risks into opportunities for innovation and value creation. Help monitor regulatory trends and contribute to Accenture’s perspective on Responsible AI.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Law, or related field.

  • Strong interest in AI ethics, policy, and emerging technologies.

  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn about compliance, risk management, and governance.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Bonus: coursework or thesis related to AI ethics, regulation, or data governance.

Travel: it may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
