Job Description

DPR Construction is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to join our collaborative team environment to assist with solving business challenges with technology and operations support for our growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive endpoint configurations and profiles for operating systems and applications, ensuring standardization and ease of deployment for other teams.
  • Package, deploy, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches to ensure endpoints are current and secure.
  • Develop and enforce device compliance policies, including security settings, passcode requirements, and data encryption.
  • Manage device objects and groups within Entra ID (Azure AD) to facilitate efficient policy and configuration assignments.
  • Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions, including enrollment profiles and application deployment.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security policies and configurations based on security requirements and updates.
  • Automate routine tasks through scripting and configuration management tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and system documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level endpoint management issues, including platform problems, widespread incidents, and service disruptions.
  • Generate reports and analyze data on endpoint health, compliance, and security posture to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Coordinate with various IT teams to effectively and efficiently rollout impactful changes to the company.
  • Stay current on emerging endpoint management technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting various technology stacks and are comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Microsoft systems experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure environments
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
  • Microsoft Cloud certifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in Information Technology
  • Strong familiarity with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Conditional Access Policies
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • PowerShell 4.0+ scripting
  • Strong familiarity with Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS Operating Systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and effectively managing workloads
  • Some travel required

Salary is just one component of DPR's total compensation package. Colorado Springs Pay Range: $80,195 to $120,293. Sacramento, San Diego, Denver, Baltimore, Pay Range: $88,214 to $132,322. Seattle, Newport Beach Pay Range: $96,234 to $144,352 . Redwood City, San Francisco, San Jose Pay Range: $104,254 to $156,380

Anticipated starting pay range:

$80,195.00- $156,380.00
