Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business process requirements. - Implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM using plugins, workflows, and web resources. - Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for connecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems. - Experience in data migration and integration using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
