Demonstrated history of achievement in high-visibility, high-impact roles
7+ years of direct experience in FP&A
Demonstrated success in managing direct reports, and / or influencing others without formal authority
Power user with typical financial software packages, including Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tools
Natural Communicator - Strong writing skills and the ability to effectively make formal and informal presentations to all levels of the organization
Ability to manage the details without losing sight of the big picture
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Impact You'll Make:
Develop new processes and reporting to advance the consolidation function with a focus on high-impact reporting and efficiencies
Improve forecasting and reporting processes in support of the Enablement functions
Contribute to the growth and development of more junior associate
Participate in high-impact, special projects that improve forecasting accuracy, expand business collaboration, and increase business insights
