In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Identify market opportunities and develop business plan for 2B key account/Channels in China Plant Industry and execute the holistic business plan in China.
  • Manage the local accounts and business partners to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met. Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FF and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain) and provide inputs to MTP (3-year growth plan)
  • Own the regional innovation pipeline and working with local sales /TS team to strengthen the business foundations and sustain the growth: develop new business in partnership, support sales training, implementation of projects, explore new business models & new solutions.
  • Drive registration process, collect market dynamics and provide analysis by coordinating with the global/regional stakeholders, including portfolio positioning, maintains the knowledge of the industry trends, market conditions, competitor actions, regulatory change, industry stakeholder management.


Potentially relevant experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 year of relevant job experience, preferably in Plant health, Agriculture, Pesticide and fertilizer industry
  • Account management and channel management skill, demonstrated sales and business development skills and
  • has strong winning mindset to deliver sales target
  • Portfolio and project management, strategic thinking, innovative and customized approach is a plus
  • Proven ability to push for sales, able to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
  • Proactive and execution personality with a can-do attitude
