Role Summary & Description:

Chief Data Office , GTS at State Street has a mandate to govern and report on data health across the enterprise and is rolling out multiple initiatives to deliver on the Operating Model and generate value for our internal and external clients.

We are looking for Enterprise Data Governance application implementation Solution Lead who has years of hands on experience as lead engineer to provide Solution for the implementation & deliverables of the Data Governance applications (Collibra Tools) in the Cloud environment (preferably AWS) as an SME and responsible to maintain the stability of the applications and effective deliverables with best practices, standards and frameworks

It is essential to have excellent communication, understanding the requirements / use cases, providing solution for the implementation, coordinating various stake holders, leading the technical teams and deliver the responsibilities to satisfaction level.

As Technical Solution Lead you will be responsible for:

• Implementing solutions for the Data Governance applications such as Collibra.
• Understanding the requirements / use cases from the product owners and derive the technical design for the expectations
• Providing solution to enable self service for the business users related to the Data governance tools – Data Cataloguing, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Data Privacy
• Hands on experience with the cloud environment & related services which helps to automate & integrate the solutions
• Having good working experience on Devops, CI/CD pipeline, Python scripting,
• Proactively identify the technical debts and technical roadmaps for the application reliability and enablement
• Strong experience in leading the technical teams and coordinating with the stakeholders to meet the deliverables on time
• Good experience of working in implementing SDLC process agile methodology
• Strong inter personal skills to coordinate & lead the technical team

Core/Must have skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of engineering like software development. Experience with providing Data Governance solution with Collibra.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Application Integration & Automation with the scripting skills in Python / UNIX scripting
• Good knowledge & experience with the AWS cloud Infrastructure to provide solution for automation & integration of applications with AWS Services (EC2, Lambda, Secret Manager, etc)
• Align to the SDLC implementation with Agile Methodologies – JIRA & Confluence
• Good experience in providing implementation solutions for the Reporting, Scheduling processes
• Good knowledge in handling the DevOps process with the Git repository management, Jenkins

Good to have skills:

• Preferred to have AWS, Collibra Solution Lead / Architect Certifications 

Good Knowledge on Database management concepts
