We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Monetization Product team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Be a Product Leader with demonstrated expertise in leading monetization product areas with broad scope or strategic business importance.
Develop and launch machine learning powered products and services for our advertisers.
Be a recognized expert, effective mentor, builder of teams, and cross-functional leader.
Routinely bring high-quality, new products to market either independently or by driving a cross-functional team.
Be an organizational leader who both identifies opportunities and delivers results against key company-level business objectives.
Demonstrate a high level of influence, trust, and decision quality.
Transcend organizational boundaries and proactively identify the best ways to contribute to our company's most important objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to lead and inspire cross functional product management teams
Knowledge of machine learning technologies
Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
Exceptional analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization
A strategic leader and product-minded thinker
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience
10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company
5+ experience with large scale machine learning platforms (e.g. feature management, model training and evaluation, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
MS in advanced quantitative subject matter (e.g. statistics, engineering, finance, math)
Experience with product design, software development, or interaction design
Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS
App advertising ecosystem domain expertise (e.g. SKAdNetwork)
Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
