Introduction

Our team, ASML Finance Business Insight and Control, act as a coordinating hub to provide insights that ensure high quality decision making across our business. We do this by combining deep business knowledge with advanced analytics and financial control. Our Business Insights and Data & Analytics hub is organized around topics, such as margin analysis and product cost. We perform day-to-day insight generation and build advanced analytics where needed. We identify and address business questions and use cases through data and analytics, as efficiently as possible. This enables Finance to talk with one voice to the business. Next to our insights & analytics activities, we are also involved in business partnering and controlling activities, supporting stakeholder teams across business lines and sectors.
 

Your assignment

You will be an active and visible player within our team, working on and supporting data automation and report generation activities to ensure the right dashboards are created, automated and shared. Additionally, you will perform improvement initiatives related to data management, optimize and define new processes, automate KPI's, and you will create dashboards from multiple source data.
 

Your profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in Finance, Data Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics or Informatics, looking for an internship (non-thesis);
• Are skilled in Power BI and has successful PowerBI implementation experience;
• Enjoy working in finance environment and with big data;
• Are self-driven with analytical mindset;
• Enjoy multi-cultural settings and have good English language skills.
   

This is a bachelor or master internship for 4 - 5 days per week (on-site), for a minimum of 3 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
 

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• You need to be located in Shanghai and work at ASML Shanghai office to perform your internship.
