- You will provide process and solution overview knowledge to pre-sales in the pre-project phase and assist pre-sales on any potential customer RFP and system demonstration.
- You will provide inputs to pre-sales on the solution proposal and project scoping.
- You will ensure the technical viability of solutions as defined in the statement of work and subsequent change requests.
- You will assume overall responsibility for defining a solution that matches our client's needs.
- You will assess customer's needs and provide consultation and solution to improve clients' business efficiencies.
- You will guide the project team through project implementation, and testing of the system requirements.
- You will review test plans to ensure coverage of system requirements.
- You will manage specification studies in multiple areas and phases, using a team of consultants, including assessment of the customer's readiness and the creation of agendas.
- You will be the primary contact point for client's business interests and manage the resolution of issues.
- You will be the point of contact for information, support, and consultation with other business consultants, primary product management teams, and shared development team.
- You will address customers' questions during training/uat. Identify issues, impact assessments, root cause analysis, and communicate with the responsible personnel in product management or R&D for solution.
- You will communicate with product management and R&D on issue clarifications and functional improvements.
- You will deliver feedback to product management to ensure that future releases of the products meet the ongoing needs of clients/businesses.
- You will provide leadership to the project team and client on the impact of market and regulatory changes and the future directions of the core products.
- You will work and collaborate with expert level peers, willing to travel (up to 10-30% depending on project requirements.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who has:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Software, Telecommunications) or Business (with major in Computing).
- +8 years of experience as business/software consultant in IT/telecommunications and has experience in project delivery managing the implementation of standard package product and Telecom BSS/OSS solutions.
- +5 years of experience with implementation of CSG Interconnect core (ICT) or Wholesale domain experience.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese in a business environment is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of an integrated DW solution, demonstrating the expertise of several products or modules.
- Knowledge of the system suggesting Product Management for more optimized features with less customization in the future.
- Telecommunication industry knowledge, such as carrier business operations, telecom network architecture.
- Competent in SQL language in Oracle, able to write SQL DML query, function, and package development.
- Competency in Oracle APEX.
- Competent in Unix / Linux command line.
