POSITION OBJECTIVES职务目标：

• 负责仓库收、发货及库存管理

Perform the whole inbound and outbound process and inventory management

• 能够熟练操作仓库各类移动设备

Ability to operate all kinds of moving equipments in warehouse

• 熟练使用电脑，能够熟练的在平板电脑上进行扫描发货或者入库，并保持较高的效率水

Good at computer and tablet devices to perform shipping and receiving transactions through barcode scanning, while maintaining a high level of efficiency.

• 协助主管进行团队管理以便达成部门各项指标

Assist supervisor on team management to achieve the goal of PQVC for warehouse

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责:

• 熟练操作平板电脑操作，能够熟练的操作扫描发料或者入库，保持较高的效率水准，在岗位上起到模范带头作用

Good at tablet devices to perform shipping and receiving transactions through barcode scanning. Maintains a high level of efficiency and serves as a role model on the job through exemplary performance and leadership.

• 组织协调仓管员按时、保质、保量完成日常仓库收货、发货等全部仓库管理工作

Organize and coordinate warehouse associate to finish daily work in timely, quality and quantity manner.

• 协助主管进行合理工作安排, 每日异常的处理

Assist supervisor to arrange daily work, daily grief handling

• 监控物料区的物料堆放合理、规范，保持较好的5S水平

Monitor all goods in warehouse are placed orderly and always keep high 5S level

• 有效执行叉车的规范使用并做好日常维护

Perform forklift operating in standard and make sure a good maintenance regularly

• 协助主管做好人员培训等 

Assist supervisor in training etc.

• 确保员工的日常操作遵循作业指导书，确保安全工作环境

      Make sure daily activities in accordance with SWS and ensure a safety-working environment

• 其它临时主管交办的事项

Other duties assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATION任职资格/技术水平要求

• 高中或以上学历，4年以上物流仓库相关工作经验

Technical secondary school or above, minimum 4 years experience in the field of logistics warehouse

• 熟悉仓库整个进出货流程

Familiar with the whole inbound and outbound process of warehouse

• 熟悉Power App程序的使用

      Familiar with Power Apps to support daily operations.

• 能熟练操作各类叉车，并持有相应的证书

      Certified and skilled in operating all kinds of forklifts

• 具有较强的人员协调、组织能力，擅长现场管理

      Strong ability in collaboration and organization, good at workshop management

• 具有高度责任感和主动认真的工作态度

      High sense of responsibility, positive attitude and initiative
