What you'll do

The Contract Manager achieves maximum Contract Renewal revenue and is responsible for increasing maintenance renewals within an assigned territory/portfolio by effectively renewing and upselling CSG’s related services.  This role is responsible for continually building and maintaining key contacts in order to increase and retain business with existing business accounts and customers.  Work product may require review from a more experienced team member or the sales leader.
