Technical Architect Experience: 8+ years Responsibilities • Design the overall system architecture for data ingestion, processing, storage, and visualization • Define technology stack, integration patterns, and scalability strategies • Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of the platform • Guide engineering teams on best practices and architectural decisions • Conduct code and design reviews, and mentor senior engineers (AND/OR) • Design and own the end-to-end architecture of a modular, microservices-based SaaS platform. • Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy (AWS + Azure + GCP) with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability. • Architect and integrate LLM-based features such as: • Automated feedback summarization • Campaign content generation • Workflow decision support • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions. • Ensure security, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and performance across all services. • Evaluate and integrate open-source tools (e.g., Camunda, OpenBoxes) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP). Skills & Experience • 8+ years in software architecture and backend engineering • Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design • Proficiency in Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) • Experience with time-series databases, stream processing, and API design • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (AND/OR) • Proven experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first development • Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. • Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices. • Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and prompt engineering • Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, n8n) and logistics systems (e.g., OpenBoxes) • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the solutions you propose are innovative and effective. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models. - Strong understanding of system architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
