Backcountry is seeking a talented and enthusiastic b to join our team! The Creative Project Manager will help manage the Creative Department’s full workflow process. The CPM will facilitate effective and professional processes, procedures and protocols in order to deliver world-class Backcountry Creative. This role is pivotal to maintain throughput for all the design, writing, photographic, retail and video projects that are briefed to Creative. This is a key role in our in-house creative team, reporting to the Creative Director. This role is crucial to the successful delivery of our creative efforts and will operate across all aspects of the team, managing the process and coordination of all activities. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, both digital and physical, and across multiple brands in the Backcountry portfolio. You will be pivotal in ensuring that all various moving parts of a project come together as one and on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sufficient client input in order to deliver campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience. The successful candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and be able to effectively communicate the needs of the Creative team through internal and external channels. This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team. This position will report into the Creative Director.
