What this role is all about

As an Accountant within our Record-to-Report (R2R) team for the EMEA region, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll work across multiple entities and collaborate with finance and business teams to support timely reporting and continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of a team that values precision, transparency, and proactive problem-solving. Whether it’s month-end close or supporting audits, your work will help maintain Infobip’s financial integrity and drive smarter decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Perform general ledger activities by posting journal entries, accruals, and performing various reconciliations.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and validate P&L entries for accuracy.

• Support internal and external audits with documentation and insights.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with AP, AR, FP&A, and local finance teams across EMEA.

• Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new tools.

What makes you a strong fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment.

• Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP.

• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
