Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Continuous evaluation and refinement of applications are part of the daily routine to maintain alignment with evolving business demands and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and data management tools to support decision-making.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Core HCM implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
