The Growth Coordinator role will support our Sales and Account Management Teams in ensuring client success across our ~1500 Corporate Accounts through day to day management and administration of roster and eligibility files, renewals and addendums, usage reporting, invoicing and collection, scheduling and bookings, account status and records and other client service activities.
The role will require a strong service orientation, attention to detail, analytical capabilities and CRM (Salesforce) capability. Collaboration and engagement with various stakeholders including the Account Management Team, Plan Sponsors (clients), and internal partner functions such as Sales, Bookings, Reception, Finance, Digital, Marketing, and Products will be critical to success in the role.
What You'll Do:
Address corporate client requests such as account information updates, roster file updates, payments, usage reports, marketing support, ad hoc requests etc. on behalf of the Account Management team on a timely and accurate basis.
Maintain and retrieve data relating to corporate accounts in Salesforce CRM and other internal systems, as required.
Support the Account Management and Finance teams with corporate account renewals and addendums.
Review and analyze the daily clinic schedule to ensure appropriate pricing, eligibility, funding status, and other client specific requirements, in coordination with the Bookings, Reception and Finance teams.
Perform audit and data validation activities to ensure all corporate account data is accurate and up to date.
Generate monthly renewal reports for the Account Management team and assist Account Managers with renewal administration.
Manage the administration of out of town bookings through Medcan’s nation wide affiliate clinics including bookings and invoicing.
Ensure timely (within 24 hours) and accurate responses to all client related requests.
Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution, reconciliation, and identifying inconsistencies to the Finance or Account Management team.
Efficiently manage and support pricing or program updates in Salesforce CRM.
Additional support including data/sales analysis may be required on an as needed basis.
What You'll Need:
Recent post-secondary school graduate – specializing in business administration or health-related field an asset)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills with ability to execute with focus and flexibility.
Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Customer focus with an energetic and positive approach along with a high sense of urgency to addressing client needs.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, flexibility and adaptability to change.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Experience and proficiency with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
Self learner and self starter.
This is a 6-month, full-time contract, hybrid (2 days in office) position working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Friday (9 AM - 5.30 PM). Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!
Position Pay Range
$41,830.00 - $57,516.25 CAD annuallyPay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity. The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
