Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry Level Industrial Security Representative to join our Enterprise Program Security Office/EPSO in Berkeley, Missouri! 

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with completing tasks for the EPSO toward long-range goals and objectives.
• Assist with administrative inquiries on personnel, processes and situations
• Initiate/process annual PSQs for SAP briefed personnel
• Ensure all SAP actions/requirements are met and accomplished in accordance with the government and company policies and procedures for your assigned personnel
• Submit Personnel Clearance (PCL), Periodic Re-Investigation (PRs)/Initials, and PCL Upgrades for SAP individuals.
• Assist SAP personnel with mitigating, documenting, and reporting of derogatory information
• Ensure FT/FCs are accurately reported/documented all internal/external databases. (EPSS, DISS & JADE)
• Ensure all internal /external databases are aligned for SAP personnel reporting requirements. (EPSS, DISS & JADE)
• Ensure all administrative inquiries are inputted into DISS/JADE to align external databases for accuracy and program submission
• Upload completed PSQs along with any supplemental forms into JADE
• Ensure JADE/DISS profiles for cleared/SAP briefed personnel are maintained, current and up-to-date
• Maintain electronic personnel security files for your assigned SAP briefed personnel. (EPSS/JADE)
• Initiate the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) for nominated individuals for a SAP
• Assist with processing, storing, tracking and reporting foreign travel and foreign contacts on cleared/SAP briefed personnel

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of industrial security experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working within Special Access Programs
• Experience working processing or supporting CSSO or CPSO program access paperwork to include PAR, PSQ, SF-86 or DD147 forms

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary Pay Range: $65,450 - $88,550 USD
