  • Tradeshows and event marketing: Lead the marketing communications strategy and execution for tradeshows, congresses, and key customer events in China, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities, product positioning, and brand presence, while maximizing customer engagement and commercial impact
  • Narrative and content development: Create and localize compelling narratives and content that connect business strategy, clinical impact, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the global cancer care narrative while reflecting local market priorities
  • Internal and executive communications Lead internal and change communications in China, supporting business transformation, organizational change, and leadership messaging, while driving employee engagement and alignment with business priorities
  • Digital and social strategy: Drive presence across key China platforms including WeChat and Weibo, developing integrated content and campaigns that expand reach and engagement
  • Stakeholder engagement: Support engagement with industry, advocacy, policy stakeholders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) through strategic communications, in alignment with Corporate and Marketing, to strengthen visibility and credibility in the market
  • Matrix collaboration and alignment: Partner closely with Regional Marketing, Regional Corporate Communications, and global teams to align strategy and execution, influencing across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Team and agency leadership: Lead internal team members and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, integrated communications and marketing programs
