Summary of Job:
Responsible for talent placement of assigned commercial HVAC trade positions for our facilities and construction teams. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment while managing multiple competing priorities. Partners with hiring managers to collect and review hiring needs. Reviews applications and determines correct business unit placement and skill level for placement. Performs searches for trade talent through candidate databases when needed.
