Role Purpose

The role of the Project Delivery Manager is to assist with, support and help drive the planning & execution of transformation

projects across JLL, adhering to project deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members

and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Delivery Manager will be

able to work independently or with more senior Program Managers through the project initiation process, through project

execution throughout the project’s life cycle and formal closure and review for each project. Due to the complexity of the

organisation, the Project Manager may also be instrumental in managing the human aspects of change in projects.

What this job involves

Key responsibilities include:

 Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems.

 Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish.

 Perform stakeholder analysis, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, cross functional

leaders and project team members and manage in line with stakeholder engagement plan.

 Lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones including

identification of people resource requirements, training, and skills development needs.

 Manage the project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions.

 Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.

 Support and manage the necessary communication activities related to projects and changes.

 Work with the relevant business area in helping to identify other areas of transformation opportunity within the

same project or business area.

 Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and

documents within project management systems

 Identification of potential risks for resistance and benefit realisation, evaluation and ensuring readiness for change

as well as development of plans to address.

 Support building out of the project management and change management capabilities across JLL in order to

enable more streamlined and effective project & change management across JLL.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with project management skills and prior

experience delivering the benefits of transformational change.

The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening

and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.

Experience

 Professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established

transformation agenda.

 Proven experience in major project or change management roles with direct experience from concept to delivery

 Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential.

 Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.

 Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.

 Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential.

 Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from

project start to finish.

resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and
