Flex Compliance is seeking an experienced and qualified compliance professional to fill the role of Compliance Program Manager to help implement and expand the existing CMS program.
This role is responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist Flex with compliance of internal policies and procedures as well as applicable laws, and regulations. Accordingly, this role will also assist the business in performing risk management activities, developing, and enhancing controls to reduce risk across the company. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and have strong analytical skills, as well as well-demonstrated relationship building skills and the ability to communicate and present information to all levels of management.
This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in our New York Headquarters.
The national pay range for this role is $135,000-$155,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
