Latam Freight Services team é uma área que está em crescimento e tem muito contato com clientes externos, gerentes de serviços, profissionais da área financeira em um ambiente colaborativo e dinâmico.

Como você irá fazer a diferença?

Como membro do time de Customer Service Latam para Freight Services, você será responsável por auxiliar no gerenciamento de demandas para venda de peças e serviços de locomotivas para os clientes na América Latina, incluindo a gestão dos pedidos de compra e o diligenciamento de todo o processo interno para garantir a disponibilização do produto/serviço na data acordada com os clientes.
 

O que queremos saber sobre você?

  • Graduação em curso de Engenharia, Administração, Comércio Exterior ou cursos relacionados, com formatura prevista para depois de 2 anos adiante.
  • Excell Intermediário;
  • Capacidade de analisar e trabalhar com grande volume de dados e informações;
  • Alta habilidade de organização;
  • Ser multitask;
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação;
  • Desejável Espanhol Intermediário;
  • Desejável Inglês Intermediário

Como será o seu dia-a-dia?

  • Acompanhamento da evolução de indicadores de performance junto à áreas correlatas;
  • Participação em reuniões internas e externas;
  • Suportar rotinas de atendimento ao cliente como colocar pedido no sistema, disponibilidade de material e controle de entregas nas datas programadas;
  • Interagir com áreas internas para suportar processo de cotação de itens novos;
  • Gerenciar processo de garantia das frotas das locomotivas entregues;
  • Reunioes com equipe Latam.
