Provide technical assistance to all customers thru phone, email and chat
Answer all phone, emails, and chat from both internal and external customers with the highest level of quality and service
Perform controller/device selection or cross-reference based on technical data and system applications
Create visual guide for troubleshooting or installation such as technical drawings, work-instructions, or troubleshooting guide to achieve satisfactory resolutions with customers
Create a case for all interactions for proper review and report
Programming of Emerson Controllers with the use of appropriate reference documents.
E2 Controllers – new applications or retrofits
Site Supervisor – new applications or retrofits from E2
E3 Controllers – new applications pr retrofits from E2
XWEB Controllers
System Integration of Emerson Controllers or Third-party controllers that utilizes communication protocols such as ModBUS or BACnet
Conduct a remote commissioning via phone on start-up sites to ensure all systems are in working condition before signing off with the contractor-on-site
Creation of Graphical Custom Screens using the standard tools and templates which include mapping of Graphical Instruments and installation into PC.
Perform Cargo/Marine related requests for both Hardware and Software aspect.
Troubleshooting and technical assistance of temperature monitoring products for foodservice application.
Provide product and process training to internal and external customers which includes TS engineers, Sales team, contractors, or non-technical stakeholders
Participate in functional cross-trainings across other business teams and/or department
Contributes to team improvement by documenting information from frequently asked questions by creating KB, Kaizen, WI, or Troubleshooting Guide.
Contribute to lead generation by identifying inquiries that can be endorsed to projects team or sales team for billing.
Work with the team in system and process improvements and other value-added projects as identified by the senior/lead.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a BPO setup
Preferably EE/ME/ECE graduate
Work Conditions
This role will have a fixed night-shift schedule.
The role will require one weekend shift per week, with one weekday designated as a rest day.
The role includes a two-month training period.
We follow a hybrid work setup, with employees required to work on-site three times per week.
