JR59381 Intern - NTI Photolithography Process Development Engineer

As a NTI Photolithography Process Development Engineer Intern in the NAND Technology Integration (NTI) at Micron Technology, you will work on projects significant to current and future semiconductor manufacturing technology advancement to enable next generation memory and storage solutions. You will collaborate with engineers in Photolithography, Metrology, Dry Etch, Wet Process, and other process areas.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

·          Design of experiments (DOE) in chemical process specific to lithography, including materials for 365, 248, and 193 nm lithography.

·          Plan and run experiments in semiconductor cleanroom using state-of-the-art technology.

·          Analyze image and/or data through programming and data processing software. Data may include critical dimension, registration, cross section etc.

·          Document and communicate plans, status, and results of R&D projects in written reports and presentations, including the analysis and interpretation of data.

 Qualifications:

·       Coursework or experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

·       Data Science, programming experience, and coursework/experience in statistics and data analysis are strongly preferred.

·       Capable of working independently and to complete projects in a timely manner.

·       Ability to work well in groups.

·       Good analytical skills.

·       Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation).
