The Target Service Offer (TSO) program was launched a few years ago to bring together a cross-functional team to drive client behaviors aligned to our digital-led service aspirations. Since 2022 the TSO program has driven nearly 4 million positive behavior adoptions inclusive of web registration, e-delivery, bank on file and transitions to our Vanguard Brokerage platform. This role will serve as the senior program manager for the TSO program to deliver on the vision to drive more behavior adoptions in the areas above, as well as to mobilize the cross-functional team to develop and complete plans to drive new behaviors such as mobile adoption, use of more secure authentication methods and beneficiary elections. The ideal candidate will possess:

•    Sr level collaborator management and relationship building, including the ability to persuade and influence.
•    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and tailor style to various collaborators: team members, senior managers, clients, and key business partners.
•    Experience thinking strategically, using data analytics and consultation skills to build long term plans that align with business goals.
•    Understands established goals and models’ behaviors to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Manages programs or major workstreams of a broader program. Ensures that the scope of the program aligns with business priorities and that business value is properly measured for prioritization.

2. Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of Financial Services industry forces, competition, and trends to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Monitors financial, legal, and other regulatory environments to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.

3. Communicates with collaborators, leaders, team members, management, and department partners to ensure that requirements and priorities are understood. Monitors project progress and results and submits regular status reports to management and internal and external collaborators. Ensures the development and execution of business change management and communication plans.

4. Builds and maintains relationships across program collaborators and proactively fosters effective communication between internal and external parties. Drives key decisions to ensure alignment with overarching goals across collaborators.

5. Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Maintains an appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to support program implementation.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • Minimum of eight years related business experience. Financial Services and function-specific experience required. Minimum of four years project management experience.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
