Job role:-

·Execute on training plans for Order Processing, Collections, Cash Applications, Inbound/Outbound calls and other tools/processes (e.g. GetPaid)
·Design and develop training programs (in-house)
·Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
·Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
·Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
·Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
·Assist train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
·Participate on weekly calibration calls
·Keep a training log for future reference

Requirement :-

  • -8 years Training and Curriculum Development experience.
  • Experience in a global multi-national corporation shared service center or BPO highly desirable.
  • Bachelor Degree at minimum.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Solid time management skills
  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
