YOUR MISSION

In this role, you will oversee the financial health of client projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence at every stage.

You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, including contract review, project setup, billing, collections, and in-depth analysis.

On a daily basis you'll collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery, and develop processes to enhance efficiency.

CORE TASKS

  • Establishes controls and operating policies that identify, monitor, and mitigate risk factors that could impact the success of a project.
  • Responsible for developing a reporting structure and process to share project information with stakeholders.
  • Ensures project control reporting documents are produced and that they clearly reflect the schedule and timeline status, cost or budget considerations, changes, supplier performance, and other risk levels.
  • Effective communicating with the project managers and other internal stakeholder.
  • Managing overall revenue recognition process ensuring integrity of results.
  • Proposal and contract review, to ensure compliance with our financial goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a financial or accounting degree, together with around 8 years of experience in the field.
  • You have worked before with Project accounting and percentage competition accounting.
  • You have set up and managed accounting systems and reporting software (especially Crystal), you are also proficient in Excel.
  • Is a plus if you come from the following backgrounds: Construction, Infrastructure, energy, complex engineering projects.
  • You have the strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • Traveling withing Europe to visit the projects.

DESIRED CUALIFICATIONS

  • Construction or consulting background preferred.
  • Six Sigma or similar process improvement training
  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience with consolidation of multi-companies and multi-currencies 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Hybrid working environment.
  • Main language of communication is English, local language proficiency is advantageous.
