The Opportunity:

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of supporting the Head of IFA and Group Distribution and the wider IFA and Group Distribution team, ensuring the smooth operation and success of our sales channels. As the glue that keeps our sales function performing at its best, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and challenged. Noting that this is a 12-month fixed-term role covering a period of parental leave.

In this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive sales support management to the Head of IFA and Group Distribution and the leadership team, taking ownership of critical tasks and ensuring timely execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business initiatives and achieve shared goals.

  • Confidently manage the BDM activity report and ensure data is accurately loaded into Salesforce, implementing measures to maintain data integrity.

  • Create and manage the reporting pack, minutes, and actions for weekly and monthly meetings with a focus on accuracy and clarity.

  • Take charge of managing cost centres, team vehicles, and the BDM expense tracker, ensuring all financial processes are handled with precision.

  • Organise team events such as Sales Summits, from agenda creation to budget management, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.

  • Lead health and safety initiatives and support risk management requirements within the team, demonstrating a proactive approach to compliance.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales support, or coordinator role, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and take initiative.

  • A proactive and self-managing approach, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong skills in the wider Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

  • A solution-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • An approachable demeanour, with a commitment to outstanding customer service and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
