The Team: The Order to Cash (OTC) Product Owner is an integral part of the OTC product team who is responsible for driving operational efficiency for all business stakeholders.

The Impact: The Product Owner will ensure that maximum business value is consistently reflected in a well maintained backlog that reflects prioritization based on the key business drivers of improving operational efficiency, increasing revenue and maximizing customer engagement.

What’s in it for you: This position will be working within the SAFe agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives, in order to enhance the value of the Order to Cash platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the OTC strategic roadmap and the releases of features
  • Identify customer needs, gather business requirements from global stakeholders and provide guidance on business processes to the team
  • Write user stories, own and prioritize the backlog and translate business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team
  • Assist in managing the scrum team and sprint planning/execution, working closely with the scrum master
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines and status of requests
  • Prioritize and create user stories for prioritized feature enhancements 
  • Working with other scrum team/product owner to ensure consistency and quality in deployment
  • Ensure backlog prioritization is aligned with stakeholder roadmap and strategies
  • Primary point of contact for business stakeholders on Order to Cash enhancements
  • Collaborate with other OTC Product Owners to prioritize E2E features impacting Salesforce and other integrated systems
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify enhancements that will improve workflow efficiency, output and/or the user experience for users

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience as a product owner/manager in an Agile development model preferred
  • Experience working in Accounting, Billing, Order Management or Collections or related environments
  • Experience using systems like Salesforce, Oracle or SAP, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail with great time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with an innate curiosity and desire to question the status quo
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
  • Ability to lead and motivate the scrum team to deliver high value features
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • This will be a night shift role (EST)
