We are looking for an Account Strategy Executive to manage and optimize ad campaigns across major media platforms. You will analyze performance data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure campaigns meet key KPIs.
What You'll Do
Responsible for advertising placement and campaign optimization on major media platforms (e.g., Tencent Ads, Toutiao/Bytedance, Guangdiantong, NetEase, etc.), ensuring delivery of advertiser KPIs. This includes developing media plans, budgeting, and daily account management.
Maintain efficient communication with internal teams, accurately understand and organize requirements from supervisors, and drive execution.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all marketing activities.
Provide regular updates on media trends and work progress to ensure smooth workflows and alignment with client expectations.
Participate in content creation and campaign planning when needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
1+ year of experience in media buying or digital advertising on mainstream platforms, with hands-on experience in Tencent Ads, Bytedance/Juliang Engine, NetEase Youdao, or similar platforms.
Strong data analysis capabilities, with familiarity in key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROI.
Clear logical thinking with strong communication and coordination skills; able to independently manage project execution.
Highly responsible, results-driven, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with sensitivity to content trends is a plus.
