The Credit Initiation Specialist 4 is an entry level position responsible for assisting in assessing the ability of individuals, companies and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements and extended obligations in coordination with the Operations - Services team.The overall objective of this role is to minimize threats to the company by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply a higher credit authority limit, credit limits may vary depending on the country
  • Support an expansive array of products/services under limited supervision
  • Demonstrate technical/administrative expertise
  • Apply understanding of how duties relate with others in the unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing function objectives
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge of underlying professional/technical principles or standards
  • Knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities
  • Attention to detail and task accuracy
  • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative/technical skills
  • Must pass all local requirements from a policy standpoint to analyze credit viability
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Funciones

  • Análisis de Solicitudes para otorgar líneas tarjeta de crédito personales y tarjetas de crédito
  • Evaluación de solicitudes de tarjetas de crédito
  • Revisión de documentos/ solicitudes de tarjeta de crédito
  • Validación de documentos y con base a ello se aprueba o se declina el crédito
  • Revisión de Buro de Crédito

 

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en análisis de información
  • Validación documental
  • Manejo de Excel/ Word Intermedio

 

Disponibilidad de horario/ turno 8 horas en el lapso de 8 am a 10 pm disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.
