Packaging senior operator perform automatic packaging lines set-up and run in accordance with the validated settings and parameters beside serialization/aggregation activities (Operation of SCS/MAS).

Packaging senior operator perform automatic packaging lines change over & cleaning activities.

Packaging senior operator perform GMP documentation and recording of activities.

Packaging senior operator follows established procedure and guidelines to produce quality product on time, This must be done while maintaining compliance to cGMPs, as well as SHE obligations and AZ standards.

Packaging senior operator participate in material management through receiving/return of materials from/to warehouse and transferring of finished goods to warehouse in addition to required SAP transaction.

Following SHE and GMP

( CGMP & SHE within PET)

• Adhere and  follows Code of conduct
• Ensure own work is compliant with health, safety and cGMP
• Represent his/her area in SHE committee and influence SHE culture in his/her area.
• Monthly contribution in SHE Go/Stop cards.
• Participate in investigations related to SHE deviations and incidents.
• Participate in annual update of BOSHE in his/her area.

Quality compliance:

Support the management of the production line  to deliver quality product, on time, in full, in accordance with the production requirements

• Ensures line equipment is  set-up and run in accordance with the agreed settings and parameters.
• Active participate in continuous improvement in daily activities.
• Perform batch records review and required SAP transactions.
• Participate in his/her area instructions and records.
• Participate in investigations related to quality deviations and complains.
• Participate in first class batch improvement in his/her area.

Supply:

• Participate in achieving his/her area weekly schedule adherence (PSA).

Lean Program:

Understands the standard process to deliver product on time, in Full. Ensure standard way of working

• Lean KPI’s are understood and followed in daily work effectively.
• Participate in implementing lean activities (TPM, SMED, 5S) to achieve required OEE/productivity figures.

People:

• Participate in training and improvement of the capabilities of other team members to insure improvement in team skills.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree.
• Fluent Arabic language (read, write, listen and speak)
• Fair English language (read and writes).
• Understanding and applying GMP/SHE requirements
• Fair Communication skills
• Work collaboratively
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical company (more than 7 years)
• Word & Excel experience
