ResQ is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help drive our next stage of growth as we continue building an AI-powered product in the 🛠️Trades and Field Service space.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is excited to own and execute across performance marketing, demand generation, analytics, and sales enablement. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline and revenue through a mix of paid acquisition, lifecycle programs, and high-impact go-to-market initiatives.

As a core member of the growth team, you’ll partner closely with Sales and Leadership to build and scale programs that bring qualified leads into the funnel, improve conversion rates, and help the sales team close deals faster.

This is not a strategy-only role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable building campaigns in Meta (and Reddit,YouTube, etc.), optimizing Google Ads campaigns, testing creatives, and pulling performance data to understand what’s working and what’s not.

Are you nodding your head with excitement at the idea of:

  • Owning and executing paid growth campaigns end-to-end across channels like Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and other performance channels.

  • Building and scaling demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline.

  • Working hands-on across lifecycle marketing including email, nurture, and basic automation flows.

  • Partnering closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.

  • Operating as a scrappy, hands-on marketer who builds, tests, and iterates quickly, not just plans.

What you will do:

  • Own Paid Growth & Demand Generation 💰Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across key channels (Google, Meta, Reddit, and others), managing targeting, creative testing, budgets, and optimization to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Drive Marketing Analytics & Experimentation 📈 Help track and analyze marketing performance across channels. Monitor key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results. Lead a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and ongoing optimization.

  • Support Lifecycle & Nurture Programs 🫶Support lifecycle marketing efforts including email campaigns, nurture flows, and lead follow-up programs that help move prospects through the funnel and improve conversion rates.

  • Stay Market Aware & Customer Focused 👀Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

Who you are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.

  • Hands on experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads and/or Meta required; Reddit or other channels a plus)

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in tracking performance, building reports, and using data to drive decisions.

  • Experience working across full funnel marketing including acquisition, nurture, and conversion optimization.

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to create clear, compelling marketing and sales content.

  • Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
