Job Summary
Responsible for managing the strategic direction, build and deployment of functional systems and technology initiatives for the functional systems and technology platform (i.e., Human Resources, Finance, Legal, etc.). Ensures the planning and execution of Plan of Record (POR) activities to improve/enhance our employee journeys. This includes but not limited to ensuring projects are within budget and meets the business requirements/commitments. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
o Macro (automation) of operational transactional requests/support
o API integrations management
o Bi-annual or annual audits of automated processes
o Support natural disaster recovery
o Works with project personnel to define standards and framework with regards to coding, programming, and the general development of applications for multiple platforms
o Understands and drives strategies in alignment with the Company's overall vision and business goals.
o Oversees implementation initiatives, software updates and the roll-out of new software releases.
o Works with Leadership at all levels to ensure all deliveries adhere to deadlines, specifications, and budgets.
o Flexible and genuinely wants to deliver the best solutions with a high degree of humility
o Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
o Manage all the deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications and budgets. Implements performance metrics and prepares periodic reports. Monitors and tracks project progress and reports findings to leadership team.
o Manages professional and non-exempt employees, conducting work performance reviews and Ensures work performance is adhering to Company standards.
o Mentors, trains and develop staff.
o Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
o Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
