YOUR MISSION:

• Collaborate with senior consultants in our multidisciplinary project teams ranging from business and strategy consultants to project managers and data analysts.

• Gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and assess clients’ processes and ways of working.

• Support the development and delivery of strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations.

• Suggest more efficient solutions for key business tasks.

• Engage directly with clients, from project teams to leaders like CFOs and CTOs, turning your insights into real strategic impact.

• Contribute to initiatives embedding AI into business operations, such as Agentic or Generative AI solutions.

• Collaborate with multinational project teams across different countries, supporting communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• Active university student who starts their 4th or 5th year in September 2026.

• Advanced in English (B2+) and fluent Slovak (C1+).

• Ability to think out of the box and offer a unique perspective to the client.

• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive approach.

• Ability to work creatively and analytically on projects focused on solving the business requirements of the client.

• Independence and reliability.
