Summary:

Join Neuberger Berman Private Wealth as a Client Associate. You will provide essential operational support to a seasoned Wealth Advisor Team at Neuberger Berman Private Wealth. The role aims to enhance the client experience by assisting with the service, maintenance, and growth of the team’s high-net-worth client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and address all client service needs.
  • Serve as a liaison among Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and clients.
  • Start the new account opening process and assist clients with necessary documentation.
  • Handle account maintenance tasks, including funds disbursements, address changes, charitable gifting, transfers, billing, and client-directed trade orders.
  • Maintain regular client contact regarding account documents, updates, performance, and inquiries.
  • Maintain account information and new business pipeline in Salesforce database.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, preparing correspondence, filing, and managing travel and expense reports.
  • Support marketing efforts, including organizing mailings, tracking event attendance, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within the first 6 months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: 2-3 years of client service/support or related experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up effectively.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
