Job Purpose:
Our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for serving as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees and aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational performance. The role provides expertise across talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and leadership development in partnership with Centers of Excellence and shared services teams.Job Responsibilities:
● Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into HR strategies and actionable plans.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Partner with Learning & Development to deliver leadership and team effectiveness solutions.
● Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions.
● Provide guidance on accommodations, leave, and return‑to‑work processes in partnership with benefits teams.
● Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations and support consistent policy application.
● Promote an inclusive culture and strong employee experience.
● Support engagement initiatives and advise leaders on improving team climate and communication.
● Reinforce company values and leader behaviors that drive accountability and performance.
● Experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and applying data to decision‑making.
● Experience supporting multi‑site, multi‑state, or global operations.
Work Experience:
● 0-1 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
● Bachelor's Degree PreferredCorporate
