The Enrollment Services Specialist in Enrollment Services will participate in an integrated, crosstrained team approach in providing strategies to promote student success with an emphasis on student experience and perspective. This position will serve students by meeting individual needs toward educational attainment and act as a guide for in-depth navigation of the enrollment process. This includes but is not limited to Admissions, Student Records, and other college processes and procedures. This position promotes outstanding customer service for students to successfully complete every facet of the admissions and onboarding process. Position will serve in a rotational model with other specialists, providing front desk coverage and phone coverage. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institutional policy. The Enrollment Services Specialist reports to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services.Job Description
Rate of Pay: $19.76 per hour

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
