The Product Management intern will identify a need for a machine learning prototype that will be used to validate a hypothesis of whether personalization of offers and servicing for orders can help airlines become better retailers and increase the revenues they generate.
Role and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Architecture and Product partners on defining business requirements and success metrics.
Research and analyze customer segments, biggest pain points, new feature requirements, and opportunities to complement existing products.
Initiate and translate product roadmap into a manageable product backlog for development.
Participate in capability kick-off and refinement sessions in collaboration with development teams
Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test cases based on business requirements.
Demo results of delivered outcomes to program-level stakeholders.
Support marketing and operational teams with go-to-market materials to support the product.
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Currently pursuing a degree with a graduation date after August 2025
Knowledge of Cloud and Data domains, as well as Statistics
Curiosity and drive for researching problem space.
Technical aptitude to understand proposed solutions and collaborate closely with technology partners across teams.
Familiarity with agile development and lean product marketing principals
Comfortable with uncertainty, brave enough to make decisions, willing to fail and able to learn, and accountable for outcomes
