Job Description Summary:

Join the OhioHealth team as a Physical Therapist in Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation. This position will provide PRN support across our Central Ohio Neurological Rehabilitation sites.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)DL-HC - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor Vehicles, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of OhioState of Ohio, PT1 - Physical Therapist License - American Board of Physical Therapy SpecialtiesAmerican Board of Physical Therapy Specialties

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of home health Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement
  • Experience in an acute, rehabilitation or home health setting
  • Basic personal computer skills
  • Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy
  • BLS certification
