We're looking for an Awards Executive - Customer Engagement (3 Months FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Awards function.

Your Role:  You will be developing and maintaining long-term relationships with with entrants of LIONS festivals to provide world-class Awards services. You will work closely with Awards Partners to effectively support and grow our priority customer groups. You must be able to understand and carry-out our Awards Team strategy and use insights from the business and wider creative industry to communicate the value of our awards in an engaging manner to build trust with customers.  In addition, you will represent our brand values in all areas of customer engagement and support customers in their ambition to create award winning centres of creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with wider Awards Team to take a customer behaviour informed approach, building comprehensive customer profiles, customer journeys and sector specific account management strategies – feeding back insights to the business when attained.
  • Increase engagement levels and entries from accounts by building trust in our customer relationships to achieve their objectives.
  • Working closely with Awards Engagement Lead to deliver on a growth strategy - tapping into new audiences for our Awards
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the business in order to talk cross-portfolio to better serve our customers – including other internal stakeholders when necessary.
  • Assisting on the engagement of regional Festivals including execution of entries processes

Your Experience

  • An ability to digest vast amounts of information around LIONS Awards categories and rules - and be able to translate and communicate that to a range of audiences
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Customer service obsessed.
  • Growth minded. Able to articulate the value of LIONS Awards to new audiences
  • Project management skills - experience in scoping out internal projects, building timelines and ensuring project teams are on track.
  • Diligent, detail oriented and comfortable analysing data.
  • Excellent written English free from spelling or grammar errors.
  • Good judgement.
  • Ideal: a thorough understanding of the wider branded communications landscape
