Job Description

Support business decision-making by providing financial or statistical analysis that lead to recommended solutions for business issues as appropriate. Provide project support from design through implementation and monitoring. Be the liaison between the business, utility functions, and at times external parties to accomplish business objectives.

More specifically, process Loan documents for internal and external reporting, reconcile assets and cash with third party trustee to ensure accurate reporting to investors, and maintain assets in WSO Software system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely delivery of all scheduled and ad hoc reports and scorecards. Work with trustee and business leaders on trustee reporting and portfolio compliance. Reconcile trustee and cash reports. Update PM & Analyst with loan information changes.
  • Act as liaison among business leaders, staff and software vendors to gather information and share best practices, and ensure initiatives are executed appropriately. Gather business information and incorporates information into project plans. Provide timely and accurate documents and communication to business owners.  
  • Track and update Moody & SP ratings for Loan Assets. 



Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling, with associated technology applications. 
  • Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and influencing customers on recommendations and analysis. 
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with ability to articulate these processes to others
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of Markit's WSO Software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • CLO experience



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Snowflake, AWS Athena, or cloud based data lake environments.
  • Background in insurance, annuities, wholesaling, or financial services.
  • Understanding of sales, wholesaling, or distribution related metrics.
  • Experience partnering closely with leadership to define, refine, and evolve business metrics.
  • Familiarity with BI or analytics best practices, including data validation and metric governance.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $ 81,700.00 - $ 122,500.00/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
