Role Summary

Manage the Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition (AHAN) business across Canada, focusing on distribution channel partners and key influencers in the livestock and poultry feed segments. This role reports directly to the AHAN Americas Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver defined revenue and profitability targets for AHAN feed additive sales in Canada.

· Set sales targets for each distributor and customer; develop and execute strategic plans to achieve them.

· Apply the CSP Sales Process, including pre-call planning, preparation meetings, and structured sales execution.

· Use Salesforce CRM to capture customer data, generate leads, convert opportunities, and track sales performance.

· Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to leverage C&D resources and capabilities.

Education & Experience

· BS or MS degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in feed additive or animal health sales.

· Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

· Demonstrated success in achieving top-line and bottom-line growth.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

· Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and external stakeholders, preferably within feed additive or animal nutrition/health segments.

· Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

· Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Language & Travel Requirements

· Language: Bilingual ( English/French)

· Travel: 50–60% travel within Canada, with occasional trips to the U.S.

· Other: Valid driver’s license and passport required

The Ontario compensation range for this role is $119,500 –$168,900. Church & Dwight’s salary ranges are intentionally broad to provide employees with opportunities for future growth and progression within the company. Actual starting salaries are determined based on internal equity, relevant experience, market competitiveness, and job location.
