Job Summary
The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership for the coordination of Clinical and Administrative activities for patients and associates on a specific shift. Accountable for the delivery of quality care, patient safety and satisfaction, and staff performance on a specific shift.Pay Range
Minimum $78.00 Midpoint $78.00 Maximum $79.00Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
* Required: Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in the healthcare industry. Four (4) years of experience within clinical specialty.
* Preferred: Four (4) years of nursing management experience in a clinical area of an acute care facility.
Education
* Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) or in a healthcare-related field.
* Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing or in a health-related field from an accredited school.
Training
* Required: None Required
* Preferred: Certified Parent Educator

* Required: Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect. Licensure
* Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Registered Nurse – CA (RN).
