VISA OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – BANKING OPERATIONS – OPENBANK

Mission and responsibilities:

Control and  improvement in the card fraud prevention flow, motivated by the increase in fraud in the market and new card projects in new geographies.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Review of existing fraud rules.
  • Update and implement fraud rules in VISA VAA tolos.
  • Improve the efficiency ratios of the fraud rules by improving the authorization %.
  • Review of card fraud to implement more preventive measures.
  • Adjust Spain's fraud rules to new markets.
  • Maintenance of fraud rules systems.
  • Collaboration with VISA and MC to apply and implement card fraud regulations.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Knowledge of fraud rules and programming to configure them in the system.
  • Experience from other projects related to card fraud prevention.
  • Knowledge of the world of debit and credit cards, world of payment processing, Redsys.
  • Studies related to Business Administration, Law or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related tasks.
