The Role:

S&P Global Commodity Insights is seeking candidates for our 12-months’ Apprenticeship program within our Business Operations Team. This program offers a unique opportunity to develop a strong foundation in Learning and Development, preparing you for future roles within the organization or in the broader L&D field. As an apprentice, you will gain:

·       hands-on experience in a global L&D environment.

·       exposure to various aspects of learning and development, from content creation to project management.

·       opportunity to work closely with experienced L&D professionals and gain insights into best practices in the field.

The Team:

Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager, the candidate will be joining a collaborative, global team that focuses on implementing change and getting things done. The team prides itself on being pillars of support to the internal operations of S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy candidate to support the team with:

·       Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

o   Manage and update the Learning Xchange platform, including uploading courses, creating learning paths, and managing user enrollments.

o   Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the LMS, working closely with the corporate Learning Xchange (LX) team to resolve LX queries efficiently.
 

·       Support Content Development and Delivery:

o   Assist in the design and development of learning content, such as presentations, infographics, and other training materials.

o   Support the creation of engaging and accessible content that meets the learning needs of various business lines.
 

·       Project Management:

o   Coordinate and manage learning projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

o   Ensure that learning initiatives are delivered on time & align with the overall goals of L&D team.
 

·       Stakeholder Engagement:

o   Collaborate with L&D managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are progressing as required.

o   Act as a point of contact for queries related to learning programs and initiatives, providing timely and accurate information.

·       Reporting and Analytics:

o   Generate and analyze reports on learning metrics, including course completions, participant feedback, and other key performance indicators.

o   Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for senior leadership to showcase the impact of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.

·       Ability to design and develop learning content, including presentations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

·       Analytical skills to assess learning metrics and generate actionable insights.
