Pay Details:

Job Description:

Depth & Scope:

  • Works independently as the senior analyst /subject matter expert and may coach and educate others
  • Considered a subject matter expert within a given area
  • Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end
  • Focus on short to medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)


Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5 + years relevant experience

Accountabilities:

  • Support end-to-end Subcommittee/Committee governance quality and processes in accordance with standards and other guidance documentation
  • Development and execution of annual governance planning and calendar
  • Agenda management, deck preparation, and material management (pre & post meeting)
  • Recording of meeting minutes
  • Identification, logging, tracking & reporting of Subcommittee/Committee effective challenge and action assignments through completion
  • Documenting complete governance path for approved, recommended or endorsed articles and tracking & closure of contingent decisions and escalations
  • Delivery of applicable artifact submissions, in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support area's Approval Matrix and change tracking
  • Ad hoc reporting, audit request fulfillment and stakeholder communications
  • Produce, improve and maintain procedure documents, process maps, New Member Orientation decks
  • Collaboration with executive stakeholders and key partners including LoBs, workstreams, and other US Treasury teams
  • Anticipate and effectively manage major risks; aligning decisions to TD’s risk profile
  • Collaborate on the design and maintenance of procedures and controls, ensure that processes and governance controls are appropriate and operating efficiently
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes, methodologies and frameworks to support ongoing US Treasury activities and process efficiencies

  • Manages a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
  • Supports / manages the integrated implementation of policies/processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas
  • Provides subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization, and where necessary participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation activities
